Description / Scope of Work
The Elite Police Force Headquarters in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of other building M&R works for security arrangements at GEMS Bedian Road, Lahore. The scope of work includes the dismantling of concrete pillars and footpaths, laying and installation of brick walls, plastering, and the application of pre-polished Tarantian marble and paver tiles. Eligible bidders must have previous experience with the C&W Department and be actively registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Interested parties must submit their bids along with a required earnest money bid security of 2 percent, amounting to 94,000 Rupees, in favor of the Addl: Inspector General of Police, Elite Police Force, Headquarters Punjab, Lahore. All proposals must be submitted in strict accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions outlined in the bidding documents and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. The closing date and time for the receipt of tenders is 16 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled immediately following at 11:30 AM in the presence of the tender opening committee.
