Description / Scope of Work
The Building and Works Department of the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of ninety-five high-performance desktop computers. This project is part of a broader initiative for the rehabilitation and upgradation of the university dilapidated physical infrastructure. The required systems must feature at least a 14th generation Intel Core i7 processor with 20 cores, 16GB of DDR4 or DDR5 RAM, and a 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD, packaged in a tower form factor from reputable brands such as Dell, HP, or Lenovo. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and the entire process will be managed via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. All technical proposals must be submitted online by 9:30 AM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by a 5 percent bid security amounting to approximately 1.78 million Rupees. The project has a defined six-month time limit for completion, and successful vendors are required to provide a ten percent performance guarantee and a one-year onsite warranty directly from the manufacturer.
