Purchase of Desktop Computers under the Project titled 'Rehabilitation/ Upgradation of Dilapidated Physical Infrastructure at University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore'

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of 95 desktop computers. This project is part of the 'Rehabilitation/ Upgradation of Dilapidated Physical Infrastructure at UET Lahore' initiative. The required systems must feature Core i7 14th generation processors or higher, 16GB RAM, and 512GB NVMe SSDs, and should be from international brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, or equivalent. The estimated cost for this procurement is 35.629 million Rupees. The bidding process will be conducted under a single-stage two-envelope procedure via the Punjab E-Tendering System (EPADS) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and must provide a 5 percent earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR. Technical proposals will be opened at 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026 in the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice-Chancellor’s office. All items must be delivered within 90 days of the supply order, and the selected vendor must provide a 10 percent performance guarantee and a minimum one-year onsite warranty.
