he Hazara Electric Supply Company HAZECO in Abbottabad KPK invites e-Bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS on a National Competitive Bidding basis from tax-registered companies, firms, and bidders for the disposal of grid station scrap equipment. The scrap equipment is located under the jurisdiction of the SS&TL Division Abbottabad and Regional Store Abbottabad and will be disposed of on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested parties may inspect the locations on working days from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The tender encompasses various lots of scrap equipment from multiple grid stations including Thakot, Batal, Murree Road Abbottabad, Nathiagali, Ayub Medical Complex Abbottabad, Haripur, Hattar, Khanpur, Havelian, Kholian Bala, Balakot, Muzaffarabad, and Hattian. Bids must be submitted by 19 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original bid security in a sealed envelope must reach the office of the Manager Supply Chain Management, HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad, before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding is conducted under the single-stage-single-envelope procedure.
