The Mayo Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the comprehensive provision of janitorial services for the upcoming financial year 2026-27. This significant government contract requires the deployment of a professional workforce totaling three hundred personnel, including fifteen supervisors, two hundred and twenty male janitors, sixty female janitors, and five sewer men. The scope of work encompasses round the clock cleaning services, operating twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred and sixty-five days a year including all public holidays and Sundays. Specific areas covered under this contract include the Surgical Tower, Accident and Emergency Block, Pediatric Medicine and Surgery departments, and various indoor blocks. The project has an estimated total cost of over two hundred million Rupees, requiring a bid security of approximately four million Rupees. Interested firms must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, Income Tax, and Sales Tax departments, and must maintain active status with EOBI and PESSI.
