The Prime Ministers Programs for the elimination of Hepatitis C Infection Balochistan in Quetta, Balochistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medical equipment and accessories. This procurement initiative is specifically focused on medical instruments and accessories required for the elimination of Hepatitis C infection within the region. In accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, the bidding process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Interested firms must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB, as the department strictly requires electronic bid submissions through the supplier dashboard with no physical bids accepted. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% in the form of a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank along with a tender fee of 1,000 PKR. All electronic proposals must be submitted through the EPPS system by the deadline of 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026
