Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Fisheries, Upper Sindh Fish Hatchery Mando-dero in Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of essential goods for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of work is divided into two main categories. The first category involves the purchase of specialized drugs and medicines, including potassium permanganate, formalin, aqua-mimicry solutions, and ova-prim for fish health management. The second category covers general stores and equipment such as PVC pipes, serene cloth, and polythene bags, alongside essential fish feed ingredients like rice bran, fish meal, and mustard oil cake. This procurement follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per SPPRA rules. Interested bidders must provide 5 percent bid security of the total bid value and a non-refundable tender fee of 2000 Rupees. Eligibility requires registration with relevant tax authorities including FBR and SRB. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Directorate General Fisheries Sindh in Hyderabad by 12:00 PM on 21 May 2026.
