The Karwan-e-Hayat Institute for Mental Health Care in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the supply of various medicines for the 2026-2027 financial year. The procurement process will follow a strictly regulated two-envelope bidding system, consisting of separate technical and financial proposals. According to the organizational requirements, the Therapeutic and Tender Committee will first evaluate the technical bids to ensure quality compliance, and only those companies that meet the technical qualifications will have their financial bids opened. Interested pharmaceutical suppliers and authorized distributors can collect the official tender forms, comprehensive medicines list, and related documentation directly from the Karwan-e-Hayat Psychiatric Care and Rehabilitation Center in Keamari. A non-refundable tender document fee of 2,000 Rupees is required at the time of submission. All bidding documents must be sealed and delivered to the procurement department no later than 2:00 PM on 27 May 2026 to be considered for this annual supply contract.
