Description / Scope of Work
The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage in Sukkur, Sindh invites electronic bids for two distinct infrastructure and procurement projects through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. The first project involves the remaining construction work for the main road, including carpeting, parking areas, and steps towards the tower, with an estimated cost of 20.382 million Rupees. The second project covers the supply, installation, and fixing of furniture for the Boys Hostel III, valued at approximately 18.590 million Rupees. Both projects have a required completion period of three months. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax, GST, and the Sindh Revenue Board, and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council certificate where applicable. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. All bids must be submitted online via the SPPRA EPAD portal no later than 02:30 PM on 18 May 2026, accompanied by the requisite bid security and non-refundable tender processing fees for each individual lot
