Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Engineering Council in Islamabad, Federal Government invites pre-qualification applications from reputable and experienced firms, vendors, and service providers for a wide range of procurement categories. This extensive requirement covers needs at the PEC Headquarters in Islamabad as well as regional offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan. The twelve specialized categories available for pre-qualification include air ticket reservation, office and computer stationery, media and security services, HR consultancy, event management, and courier services. Furthermore, the council seeks providers for medicine and pharmaceuticals, record pulping, archiving and digitalization, fumigation, and professional surveyors for valuation and risk assessment of buildings and machinery. Interested parties must submit sealed proposals for one or more categories, clearly marking each envelope with the relevant category name. Prequalification documents containing complete terms and conditions are available on the official PEC and PPRA websites. All applications must reach the PEC Head Office no later than 02:00 PM on 18 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 02:30 PM on the same day in accordance with PPRA Rules.
