Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Swabi, KPK invites sealed bids under a national competitive bidding process for the procurement, supply, service, and installation of various technical equipment for the District Courts. This close framework tender, conducted through the EPAD system, follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. The required items include network points, Logitech webcams, Core i5 10th Generation desktop computers, 1 KVA UPS units with batteries, sound mixers, microphones, 40-inch LED screens, wall speakers with cabling, and fiber internet connections. Additionally, the project covers software requirements such as TrueConf and Zoom licenses. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and hold valid PEC registration. A 5% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened on 26 May 2026 at 09:30 AM at the Judicial Conference in Swabi.
