Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites proposals from reputable Chartered Accountant firms for the selection of an external auditor. The scope of work involves conducting a comprehensive audit of the financial accounts for the FGEHA Islamabad and Karachi offices, as well as the Welfare Fund, for the fiscal years 2024-25 and 2025-26. The selected firm will be responsible for expressing an independent opinion on financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and national regulatory practices. Evaluation will be based on a hundred-point scale considering financial bids, the firm's experience with autonomous infrastructure bodies, staff strength, and the ability to complete the audit within a strict one-month timeframe. Interested firms must provide a detailed work plan and proof of registration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
