Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Multan, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the pre-qualification of contractors for the establishment of the Center of Excellence for Nursing Education. This significant infrastructure project, located on the existing Nishtar-II Hospital site, covers an area of 70 kanal and has an estimated cost of 8,850 million Rupees. The comprehensive scope of work includes the construction of an Academic Block, Student Centre, Hostel Block, Staff Accommodation, and various ancillary buildings, totaling over 536,000 square feet of covered area. The project encompasses civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire fighting works, along with external development and vehicular parking. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A and demonstrate substantial financial soundness, including an average annual turnover of at least 500 million Rupees. Interested applicants must submit their proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026 to address queries, and the final deadline for technical and financial applications is 03:00 PM on 08 June 2026.
