The Punjab Buildings Department Central Zone in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the establishment of an enforcement station for the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) in Gojra. This high-priority project, listed under ADP Number 2351 for the fiscal year 2025-26, carries an estimated cost of approximately 101.7 million Rupees. The scope of work involves comprehensive construction activities including earthwork, reinforced cement concrete structures, fabrication of Grade-60 steel, and high-quality finishing with porcelain tiling and weather-shield painting. In addition to the enforcement station, the tender includes packages for the renovation of public sector colleges and maintenance of agricultural offices in Kamalia and Gojra. All prospective bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Participation is strictly through the e-Procurement System (EPADS), requiring contractors to upload digital copies of their call deposit receipts. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the portal by 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for noon the same day.
