The University of Sufism and Modern Sciences in Bhitshah, Sindh invites sealed bids for the upgradation of its conference hall. This government tender, managed under the single stage-single envelope procedure, seeks qualified contractors to provide a comprehensive suite of digital conference equipment and technical installations. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of a digital conference chairman unit, nine delegate microphone units with built-in speakers, a central conference system controller, and a 240W mixer amplifier sound system. Additionally, the project requires five 19-inch ASUS LED monitors, portable table stands, HDMI splitters, and extensive concealed electric wiring across the facility. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and SECP, possess ISO 9001 or 45001 certification, and demonstrate a successful track record of at least three similar projects valued at 10 million Rupees or more within the last three years. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the EPADS online portal by 10:30 AM on 19 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 200,000 Rupees.
