Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Attock in Attock, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the renovation, repair, and maintenance of public sector colleges. This procurement, funded through the Maintenance and Repair Grant, specifically targets Government Graduate College Attock and Government Associate College (W) Jand in District Attock. The total estimated cost for these two schemes is approximately 29 million Rupees. Prospective bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS system, including scanned copies of a 5% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money. Hard copies of the original CDR must be presented to the Tender Opening Committee 30 minutes before the bid opening at 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026 at the Commissioner Office in Rawalpindi. Contractors are required to quote rates for each individual item in the BOQ rather than a percentage. Successful bidders will be mandated to provide a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of contract award, with all works to be completed by 15 June 2026.
