The Directorate of Procurement (Air) at PAF Base Nur Khan in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement and repair of various specialized equipment and spares for the financial year 2025-26. The extensive scope of work includes the procurement of equipment for ICR/GOH Jet Engine facilities, HPOCC spares, WAN equipment, and aircraft nose tyres. Additionally, the tender covers kit items for MPDR, medical devices such as Broncho Scopes and Blood Component Separators, and the stitching of blue uniforms. Significant re-tenders and extensions are also noted for IT spares and optical coherence tomography. Bidders must follow the prescribed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) available on the official PAF website. Unregistered firms are required to provide financial capability proof, a treasury challan of 2,000 Rupees, and a non-disclosure agreement on judicial stamp paper. Performance periods range from three to six months after contract signing, with various closing dates extending until 02 June 2026.
