Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Clifton in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids for the procurement and supply of various dewatering items required for the Rain Emergency-2026 response. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure and utilizes the Least Cost Based Selection technique. The scope of supply includes heavy-duty nylon flexible suction pipes, rubber suction pipes of various diameters, brass and cast iron foot valves, canvas delivery pipes, and essential maintenance hardware such as M.S. clips and joints. Additionally, the department requires emergency response equipment including canopy tents, rain long shoes, and emergency lights. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal, active on the FBR's ATL, and possess a functional office or service support arrangement in Karachi to ensure timely delivery and installation. A bid security of 5 million Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Electronic proposals must be submitted through the EPADS v2.0 system no later than 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026, with bids scheduled for opening at 12:30 PM the same day.
