Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Bannu in Bannu, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the supply and fabrication of specialized solid waste machinery for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes the fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, two mini tippers with a capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters, and tractor trolleys according to provided technical specifications. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by the TMA, and work is to be carried out on a FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Eligible bidders must be reputable manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, and must maintain 3S facilities for sale, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids are processed under the single-stage two-envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014, requiring a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 01:30 PM on 21 May 2026
