Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Ladha in Ladha, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery to enhance local sanitation services. This procurement includes the fabrication of one front end loader with back hoe, one mini tipper with a capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters, and one tractor trolley, all to be completed according to detailed technical specifications. It is important to note that the vehicle chassis for these units will be supplied by the TMA Ladha, and the successful bidder will be responsible for the fabrication work. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, and maintain 3S facilities for sales, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will follow the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal no later than 12:30 PM on 20 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 1:00 PM the same day.
