Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Kalkot in Kalkot, KPK invites e-tenders from well-reputed manufacturers and suppliers for the fabrication of essential solid waste machinery. This procurement project includes the supply and fabrication of front-end loaders and backhoes for two Tractor Mf 385 4wd units, two 1.5M3 mini tippers for Changan Sherpa Power pickups, and two tractor trolleys, all as per technical specifications. The chassis for these works will be provided by the TMA. Eligible firms must possess valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, along with 3S facilities for sales, service, and spare parts within the province. The procurement follows the single-stage two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal, along with a two percent bid security in the shape of a CDR in the name of the TMO TMA Kalkot. All electronic bids must be uploaded by 1:30 PM on 19 May 2026, with technical bid opening scheduled for 2:00 PM the same day.
