Description / Scope of Work
The Headmistress Govt. Special Education Centre Attock in Attock, Punjab invites online e-bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure from income tax and sales tax registered firms for the procurement of uniform items for approximately 140 special students (Boys and Girls) during the financial year 2025-2026. The estimated cost for the procurement is Rs. 1,300,000. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) lot-wise in favor of the Headmistress, Govt. Special Education Centre Attock. The uniform supply comprises three lots: Lot 1 (Shirt, Pant with belt, Bunyan, Tie, Socks), Lot 2 (Shalwar, Qameez, Sash, Dupatta/Shawl, Shameez, Socks), and Lot 3 (School Shoes Black Colour). Interested firms must download the bidding documents from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) or e-procurement website and submit their technical and financial proposals on the E-PADS system. Bids must be submitted by 21 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the participating contractors or their authorized representatives. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will be rejected without evaluation.
