Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Miryan in Miryan, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of specialized solid waste machinery. This project, funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, involves the fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, two 1.5M3 mini tippers, and two tractor-trolleys. The chassis for these units will be provided by the TMA. Bidding is open to reputable manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers registered with NTN, GST, and KPPRA. The procurement follows the single stage-two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal. A bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be physically delivered to the TMA office. All rates must be quoted on a FOR basis, including complete operational training for staff. The deadline for electronic submission is 18 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled to open at 02:00 PM on the same day.
