Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites e-Bids under the single stage two envelope bidding procedure from well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered firms, companies, or suppliers for the procurement of tracksuits and shoes. The total estimated cost for this procurement is PKR 50 million, and interested bidders must provide a bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated price, which amounts to PKR 1 million. Prospective bidders must be active taxpayers and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Bidding documents containing detailed evaluation criteria, terms, and conditions can be accessed through the official PERA and PPRA websites. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than May 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of attending representatives. Incomplete, conditional, or late submissions will be rejected without evaluation. The contract tenure is for one year from the date of agreement, and the supplier shall ensure that the delivered items conform fully to the specified technical standards and requirements set forth in the bidding documents.
