Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Upper Mohmand in Upper Mohmand, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of specialized solid waste machinery for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement project includes the supply and fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, three mini tippers with a capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters, and two tractor trolleys according to professional technical specifications. The chassis for the machinery will be provided by the TMA, and all work must be quoted on a FOR basis with delivery to the TMA office. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers or fabricators with valid NTN and GST registrations, a renewed PEC registration, and established 3S facilities for sale, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal following the single-stage two-envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014, including a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR. All electronic proposals must be uploaded no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
