Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Miryan, KPK invites sealed electronic tenders for the fabrication and supply of various solid waste management machinery units. This procurement project, funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, seeks reputable manufacturers and fabricators for the delivery of one front end loader and backhoe, two 1.5M3 mini tippers, and two tractor trolleys. The chassis for these works will be provided directly by the TMA. Interested firms must be duly registered with the NTN, GST, and KPPRA authorities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bidding process follows the single-stage two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. A bid security of two percent of the total bid price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal, with successful bidders required to provide operational training to staff upon delivery. The final deadline for electronic submission is 18 May 2026, with technical bid opening scheduled for 2:00 PM on the same day.
