Description / Scope of Work
The Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (REDAMCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites Request for Proposals from experienced consultancy firms for planning, feasibility study, and transaction advisory services. This state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Railways seeks expert services divided into three primary parts: project technical planning, project feasibility study, and transaction negotiation including financial closure. Selection will be conducted under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax and registration authorities. A non-refundable processing fee of 25,000 Rupees is required to obtain or stamp the RFP documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted both physically to the REDAMCO corporate office in Sector I-11/1 and uploaded electronically via the E-Pads portal. The submission deadline is 2:00 PM on 05 June 2026, with the opening of proposals scheduled for 2:30 PM on the same day in the presence of firm representatives.
