Description / Scope of Work
The Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites technical and financial proposals from reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR for the Phase-2: Incentive Transition and Ecosystem Strengthening Program for STZA. This procurement aims to acquire consultancy and related services to strengthen the ecosystem and manage incentive transitions. Bidders must download complete bidding documents containing detailed specifications and conditions from the STZA, PPRA, and EPADS websites. Proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 4 June 2026. A pre-bid meeting will take place on 11 May 2026 in the STZA Committee Room. Proposals will be opened on the same day as the deadline, 4 June 2026, at 11:30 AM in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 3,000,000 in the form of a Pay Order from a scheduled bank must be submitted prior to the deadline at the STZA office. Incomplete or non-EPADS submissions will not be accepted.
