For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

USF seeks external tax compliance and support services via open competitive bidding weighted heavily towards technical capability (70 percent). Bidders must hold current FBR registrations for income and sales tax. The contract scope appears advisory and compliance-focused rather than operational service delivery. The modest bid security (PKR 50,000) suggests medium-scale assignment value. Submission is exclusively electronic via e-PADS with no physical office receipt option stated, requiring careful digital adherence to formatting and upload requirements.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Firms, companies and associations of persons (AOP) are eligible. Typically, tax service providers should hold relevant professional credentials (CA, tax consultant licenses) and demonstrate prior compliance and advisory experience, though specific qualifications are detailed in the technical proposal section.
