The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for the procurement of corrugated boxes and security packing tapes for the fiscal year 2026-27. This government tender requires the supply of over 90,000 corrugated boxes across six distinct sizes and 3,000 security packing tapes with logo printing to be delivered in four equal installments to the headquarters in G-8/1, Islamabad. The scope of work includes providing 5-ply imported virgin Kraft paper boxes featuring internal lamination and specific handle with care marking. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, appear on the Active Taxpayer List for both income and sales tax, and possess at least five years of experience in supplying similar items to government departments. A fixed bid security of 720,000 Rupees is required. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS system no later than 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
