The Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Faisalabad Region in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the establishment of a framework contract for the supply of fresh ration items and goods for animals at Wildlife Park Bhagat. This procurement, intended for the 2026-27 financial year, carries an estimated cost of 3.4 million Rupees. The scope of supply encompasses a diverse range of over seventy items, including large quantities of green fodder such as Javi, Loosan, and Maize, alongside grains, fresh produce like apples and carrots, and essential veterinary medical supplies. Interested bidders must be registered with the Punjab Food Authority, the Punjab Revenue Authority, and hold valid NTN and GST registrations. Participation is strictly through the e-PADS system, following a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Technical evaluation will assess company profile, financial turnover, and relevant experience, requiring a minimum score of sixty-five percent. All bids must include a five percent bid security amounting to 170,000 Rupees in the form of a CDR. The deadline for electronic submission via the portal is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026
