Description / Scope of Work
The Government Mian Meer Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract concerning General Store items for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement is divided into two distinct lots, covering both general store disposable items and various miscellaneous store supplies with a total estimated value of 3.8 million Rupees. The hospital seeks reliable suppliers to provide high-quality goods on a day-to-day, weekly, or monthly basis as required by the medical facility. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including NTN and GST, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted through the EPADS system under a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Technical proposals must be accompanied by a two percent bid security of the estimated cost for each lot. Interested parties must submit their electronic bids through the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 25 May 2026, followed by a formal opening of technical bids at 12:30 PM on the same day in the hospital committee room.
