Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Khyber invites sealed bids for the establishment of an RO Water Filtration Plant at the Tehsil Jamrud Headquarter[cite: 16]. This procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014[cite: 16]. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPAD KPPRA and are required to submit their bids both electronically via EPAD and in hard copy by 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026[cite: 16]. A bid security of 2% of the total financial proposal in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be provided in the name of the District & Sessions Judge, Khyber[cite: 16].
