The Punjab Prisons Department in Multan, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of IT equipment under the Correctional Facilities Revamping Program at Central Jail Multan. This project has an estimated cost of 4.24 million Rupees and covers two primary categories of technology. The first lot includes six high-performance computer systems featuring Intel Core i7 14th generation processors, 22 inch LED screens, and 256GB SSD storage. The second lot focuses on communication infrastructure, requiring 100 telephone sets, PABX exchange units, and associated networking components like line cards and UPS batteries. Interested firms must be active taxpayers with FBR for both Income Tax and GST and demonstrate at least one year of relevant supply experience. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via the Punjab EPADS portal. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 84,800 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt.
