Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers to participate in a tender for an annual framework contract. This procurement is focused on providing I.T. equipment for the civil courts and their offices for the 2025-2026 financial year. The primary scope of Lot-1 includes the supply of sixteen computer systems featuring minimum Core i5 14th generation processors with 8GB DDR5 RAM and 256GB SSDs, alongside sixteen HP LaserJet Pro 4003DW or equivalent black and white office printers. The total estimated tender amount for this project is 6 million Rupees. Bidders are required to submit a 5 percent bid security amounting to 300,000 Rupees. Eligibility requirements include registration with the relevant sales tax and income tax authorities, as well as a demonstrated history of technical capability.
