The Public Sector Hospital in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the purchase of various IT Accessories under Tender Notice No 04/2026. This procurement process is being conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure to ensure transparency and efficiency. Interested bidders can obtain the official bidding documents from the hospital office during standard business hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000. All participating firms must ensure their bids remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of opening. Submissions must include earnest money equivalent to 5% of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft issued in favor of the Senior Accounts Officer. The hospital, located at University Campus Peshawar, requires all completed and sealed bids to be delivered to the administrator office by 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026. The formal opening of the bids will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the participating companies or their representatives.
