Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various office supplies and equipment for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of the tender includes stationery, I.T equipment, hardware, plant and machinery, and furniture and fixtures. This procurement is conducted under KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b) utilizing the Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities, KPPRA, and maintain active status on the FBR Active Tax Payer List. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the District Courts, DIKhan, where bidders for stationery items are required to bring physical samples. Prospective firms must submit a bid security of 2% of the total quoted value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Electronic bids must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on May 20, 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day
