Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Wari, Dir Upper, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for a major infrastructure project focused on uplifting and beautification activities across various Union Councils including Wari, Akhgaram, Chappar, Nehag, and Dislawar. This development project, under ADP No. 941/250164, encompasses the installation of street lights in major bazars, the construction of a main entrance cultural gate at Akhagram, and the development of public parks and green spaces. The total estimated cost for the works is approximately 30.55 million Rupees. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, KPPRA, and the Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category and codes. Additionally, a category C or E license from the Inspectorate of Electricity is mandatory for electrical components. Technical bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 10:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 20 May 2026
