Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Karor Pacca in Karor Pacca, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders through the EPADS system for the procurement of various supplies under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is divided into eight comprehensive lots with a total estimated cost of approximately 55 million Rupees. The requirements include medicines and surgical disposables, pathology laboratory items, general store supplies, stationery, X-ray films and chemicals, IT equipment, medical gases, and professional printing services. The contract remains valid until June 30, 2027. All interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including NTN, GST, and Professional Tax, and must demonstrate experience in supplying government hospitals with at least forty beds. Technical proposals must achieve a minimum score of 70 percent to qualify. Bidders are required to submit a 2 percent bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Electronic proposals must be uploaded via the EPADS portal no later than 11:59 AM on 23 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day
