The COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus in Wah Cantt, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from reputable firms for the hiring of a Social Media Marketing Agency to manage its Fall 2026 Admissions Campaign. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. The selected agency will be responsible for digital content creation, including 30-50 promotional videos and 40-60 custom-designed graphics, alongside strategic campaign execution across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Interested bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and GST and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. A bid security of Rs. 25,000 is required to participate in the process. Firms must demonstrate technical capability through documentary evidence of 3-5 similar completed projects within the last two years. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. The evaluation will focus on technical expertise, past experience with reputable organizations, and overall proposal quality to ensure the most advantageous outcome for the university.
