Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced specialized firms for the procurement of branded desktop computers and LED monitors. This tender is part of the established project for the computerization of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh and follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must provide a bid security equivalent to five percent of the total bid price in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee. Eligibility requirements include valid registration with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board, and a minimum of five years of experience in similar supply projects. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of the Section Officer (General) upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the SPPRA Rules of 2010 to the department's headquarters at the Sindh Secretariat by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
