The Punjab Social Protection Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable event management firms for the provision of comprehensive event management services. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The scope of services includes the complete planning, coordination, and execution of various official events, ensuring high-quality arrangements for venues, catering, and multimedia setups. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Interested firms can obtain the detailed bidding documents and specifications from the PSPA office upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All proposals must include a bid security as specified in the tender documents. The final date for the submission of technical and financial bids is 22 May 2026, by 11:00 AM, at the PSPA headquarters located in Lahore, with technical bids being opened shortly thereafter on the same day.
