Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced insurance companies for the procurement of Group Insurance Services for its employees. This tender is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and possess a valid NTN and PRA registration. The scope of work involves providing comprehensive group life insurance coverage for PSPA staff for the upcoming financial period. Interested firms can obtain the detailed bidding documents, including technical specifications and evaluation criteria, from the PSPA office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026. Technical bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per the relevant procurement rules.
