Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of high-quality uniforms and related accessories for its Class-IV employees for the financial year 2025-2026. This comprehensive tender includes the supply of summer and winter uniforms, specifically targeting items such as pants, shirts, caps, and shoes designed for durability and professional appearance. Interested firms, suppliers, and authorized dealers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, specifically following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to five percent of the total estimated value in the form of a CDR.
