Description / Scope of Work
The National Skills University Islamabad in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms, authorized distributors, or dealers for the supply and installation of a comprehensive networking and surveillance system. This tender is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b). The project scope involves the procurement of high-quality networking hardware and advanced surveillance equipment to enhance the university's digital infrastructure. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. A bid security amounting to 2% of the total bid value must be attached with the financial proposal. Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications and terms can be obtained from the university's procurement office during working hours. All technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and delivered to the university campus by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
