Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites bids from reputable and experienced audit firms for the provision of external audit services covering the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26. The scope of work encompasses the audit of TDAP's annual accounts and financial statements on both accrual and cash basis as prepared by Chartered Accountant firms. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure. The successful firm will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive external audit function and delivering audit reports for both fiscal years, with the contract based in Karachi, Sindh.
Eligibility criteria require that bidding firms must be listed on the State Bank of Pakistan's panel of audit firms, possess a satisfactory Quality Control Review rating, maintain active status on the Federal and Sindh Revenue Board's Active Tax Payers List, and hold a valid NOC or License from relevant Federal or Provincial Departments authorizing external audit functions. Firms that prepared TDAP's accounts and financial statements for the specified years are ineligible due to conflict of interest. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADs portal.
Bid documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS Version 2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Complete bidding documents must be submitted on or before 7th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
