The Pakistan Airports Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various essential items and maintenance services for Jinnah International Airport (JIAP). This comprehensive procurement cycle includes the supply and replacement of heavy-duty batteries for diesel generator sets, the provision of high-quality uniform and clothing items for staff, and the procurement of specific hardware and general tools for airport maintenance. Additionally, the authority seeks services for the repair and maintenance of specialized equipment including split air conditioning units, water coolers, and fire fighting systems to ensure operational readiness. Interested firms and contractors must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the PAA procurement regulations. Detailed bidding documents containing complete specifications, quantities, and terms of contract can be obtained from the office of the Airport Manager. All proposals must be submitted with the required bid security no later than 11:00 AM on 27 May 2026, followed by a public bid opening.
