The 5th Buildings Division Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the construction and administrative works at the Art Council Administration Block located near Qaddafi Stadium. This project, which has an estimated cost of approximately 105.8 million Rupees, is being carried out through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with the Communication and Works Department and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year in category C4 or above, with specific specialization codes including CE01, CE10, and ME02. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security of the estimated cost along with their technical and financial proposals. The project must be completed within a three-month time limit. All interested firms must register on the EPADS portal to participate, and the final deadline for the electronic submission of bids is 20 May 2026 at 11:00 AM.
