Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Buildings Division in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of various government infrastructures including the DHQ Hospital, Government Graduate College for Women, and several residential colonies. The scope of work encompasses specialized services such as white washing, distempering, painting, and general repair of residential and non-residential buildings. Eligible contractors must be currently pre-qualified or registered with the Buildings Department and must provide a bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost for each specific lot. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the single-stage, one-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. All bids must be delivered to the designated office by 1:00 PM on 03 June 2026, where they will be opened publicly at 1:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
