The University of Okara in Okara, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced construction firms for the development of Academic Block-II Part-A 2nd Floor. This project is a significant component of the PSDP New Scheme for the development of the university, with an estimated cost of approximately 31.7 million Rupees. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-2026 in Category C-5 or above. A bid security of 5%, amounting to 1,586,982 Rupees, is required to participate. The project has a defined completion time period of six months. Interested parties can download the bidding documents free of cost from the PPRA and EPADS websites. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with technical proposals scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
